How We Met
We met at 18 through a mutual friend, at a time when neither of us could have imagined where life would take us. Not long after, we found ourselves in the same biology class, becoming lab partners and slowly becoming something more.
Over the years, we grew up together — through school, figuring out adulthood, long conversations, and quiet routines that slowly became home.
Growing Together
What stayed constant through every season was how much we valued presence — being there for each other, noticing the small things, and finding meaning in everyday moments. Those values quietly shaped the life we’re building together.
Why Okinawa
Okinawa became a place that held all of that for us. The ocean, the blue skies, the slower pace — everything there invites you to be present. It’s where Ryan proposed, and where we felt it was most natural to gather the people we love and celebrate this next chapter.
