Please arrive at the venue by 10:30 AM. Our ceremony will begin at 10:45 AM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive on time to allow enough time to gather at the lounge and be guided to the chapel.

10:45 AM — Ceremony
After ceremony — Group photos and welcome drinks
11:45 AM — Lunch reception
1:45 PM — Reception ends / farewell
The ceremony and lunch reception will be indoors with ocean views.
After the ceremony, we will take group photos and enjoy welcome drinks before moving into the lunch reception.
The lunch reception is scheduled to end around 2:00 PM.
Your presence in Okinawa is already the greatest gift to us. Please do not feel obligated to prepare a wedding gift, especially as many of you are already traveling to celebrate with us.

Our dress code is Coastal Elegant.
Think relaxed but polished, inspired by the ocean, sky, sand, and natural coastal scenery. Soft coastal tones are welcome, but there is no strict color palette.
No, heels are not required. Sandals, loafers, flats, or clean minimal sneakers are all welcome.
Please avoid overly casual items such as flip-flops, denim, athletic wear, and T-shirts. If possible, we would also appreciate avoiding all-black outfits.

We recommend arranging your transportation in advance, either by rental car or taxi.
If you would like help arranging transportation to the venue, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to assist.
Yes, parking is available right outside the venue. There are 30 parking spots, so there should be plenty of space for guests who choose to drive.
As the ceremony will begin at 10:45AM, we kindly ask everyone to arrive by 10:30 AM. If you are running late, please follow the venue staff’s instructions upon arrival.
